- Most of our orders are sent through the Post Office or DPD. If your order is sent DPD then you will receive tracking info. If your order hasn't arrived within 5 working days (UK orders) then please contact us at moreteavicar@cornish-tea.co.uk. For all global orders you will receive tracking info from DHL. 

- If for any reason there's an issue with your order please email us at moreteavicar@cornish-tea.co.uk. 

- If you need a hand altering your subscription then please call us on 01503 264476.
