Promoter
12 Days of Festive Giveaways is organised by Cornish Tea and Coffee and is not endorsed by Instagram.

Eligibility
Open to residents of  the UK, aged 18 years or older.
Employees of Cornish Tea and Coffee, its affiliates, or anyone professionally connected to this promotion are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter
Follow the social media accounts referenced on Instagram.
Like the giveaway post.
Complete any additional entry requirements mentioned in the giveaway post (e.g., tagging friends, sharing posts).

Giveaway Period
The giveaway starts and ends on the dates specified in each original post.

Prize
Any prize is detailed in the original post.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be chosen at random from all valid entries
Winners will be announced on the platform specified in the post and contacted via direct message within 72 hours of the giveaway closing.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, another winner will be selected.

Data Protection
By entering, participants consent to their personal data being used to administer the giveaway.
Data will not be shared with third parties unless required for prize fulfilment.

General
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the giveaway at any time without notice due to unforeseen circumstances.

Entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete due to technical or other issues.
Any injury, damage, or loss suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize.
