Our story starts in 2012, when our owner and founder, Duncan Bond, saw a gap in the market and decided to fill it with his own brand of Cornish Tea. For the past 12 years, we have been incorporating the tase of Cornwall into our tea and coffee. On Sunday 5th March Cornwall unites to celebrate St Piran's Day. A day that's said to been observed since 1764, St Piran became one of the patron saints of Cornwall after having discovered tin.  Today we enjoy St Piran's Day as a chance to celebrate our Cornish roots and heritage, plus we couldn't miss out on the chance to enjoy a Cornish Pasty or two! From a small desk in a attic bedroom to multiple offices, a production facility and warehouses. Cornish tea came from humble beginnings.                                        In 2012 the idea was founded and very quickly created with the what we all know as the “orange box” or smugglers brew.
